In case you're a little rusty on your Japanese, the title simply says "DC in Japan."
Recently, DC set up shop in Japan under the name (ironically) DC Comics Japan, Ltd., in order to invest in Flex Comix, a manga production and publication company in Japan. This deal has some precedent to it, as its the first deal in history where an English-language publisher makes a heavy investment in an overseas manga company.
This is really good news for fans of DC Comics properties, as it gives them a worldwide base to draw upon. Not to mention that many wonderful writers/artists could come from Japan, so its definitely win-win situation for all involved.
Now all we have to wait and see is if Flash hits on any schoolgirls in one of the mangas.
