Hulk casting gets Hurt

In an effort to keep this week all Hulk, all the time (in tribute to his monumental breaking out this summer), news comes from IESB.net that another quality actor has been added to a rapidly improving cast for The Incredible Hulk, the upcoming inevitable summer blockbuster for 2008. William Hurt (Dark City, A History of Violence) has been added as General Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross, the general hellbent on capturing the Hulk and making sure potential suitors stay away from his daughter, Betsy (Liv Tyler). Of course, the problem with that is the potential suitor is Bruce Banner (you might have heard of him as the Hulk) is determined to get near her, since she can help him get back to his normal form. Yes, The Incredible Hulk is all about Bruce Banner (Edward Norton) feverishly working to find a cure for his gamma-induced altered state of mind (and body). Throw in the requisite bad guy in the form of Abomination (Tim Roth), and you have quite the movie. Hurt the Hulk
