New Avengers/Transformers #2
The Transformer tie-ins just don't seem to be letting up, most likely due to the hugely successful movie that just about everyone has seen at least once (I know a few that have seen it multiple times). So, it shouldn't be a surprise that Marvel's New Avengers/Transformers #2 is hitting stores August 1, with some fanfare coming with it.
The series is written by Stuart Moore (A Thousand Flowers), and the art is by Tyler Kirkham. IGN has a preview of the issue up on their site, with some spiffy looking pageshots, because we all like our comics having pictures in them. Apparently Dr. Doom is involved, which can only mean bad things for the good guys.
