True Life: I'm a Fanboy or Girl

I really despise fanboys/girls, and I really shouldn't be encouraging this type of behavior. But those truly fanatic fans do make for interesting conversations, and definitely carry various industries. With NYCC right around the corner there will be a healthy dose of those Fanboy/girl types at the show, and MTV wants in on the action. You can apply to have a documentary created about you via MTV's True Life. If you're obsessed with comic books, anime, fantasy, or manga, like to dress up as your favorite character and attend conventions with other fans, waited in line overnight for a book, movie, or videogame release, have tattoos depicting your favorite brand or characters or ever missed work, school, or other important events to engage in role-playing or cosplay? If any of those apply to you, I would say first take a look at your life and make your devotion isn't costing you relationships elsewhere.
