Watchmen trial moved back two weeks

I'm guessing that a lot of people have forgotten that the trial over movie rights to Watchmen has still yet to happen. That's because it doesn't happen until January 6. At least that was the plan until a judge recently postponed the trial's start date. According to Variety, Judge Gary Allen Feess has set the new trial date for January 20. Nothing trial related mind you, as Judge Feess has another criminal trial on January 6 that he must attend to. The release date of the movie is still set to be March 6, but obviously the events that happen January 20 could have a big impact as to whether Warner Brothers keeps that date or not.
