Batman: Arkham Asylum on Gametrailers TV

Tomorrow is the day. The long-awaited (and delayed) release of Batman: Arkham Asylum. If you haven't already been superexposed to the trailers, videos and overall hype, Spike TV has one more thing for you that you may be interested in. Tonight at midnight (EST) from Alcatraz Island Federal Penitentiary comes a behind-the-scenes look at the new game on Spike TV. The half-hour special will be hosted by Geoff Keighley and coincides with the official release of the game. “I’ll be leaving no cell unlocked in unearthing all the secrets behind the development of one of the most anticipated titles of 2009, Batman: Arkham Asylum,” said Keighley. Not only that, but Mark Hamill and Kevin Conroy will also be making appearances in the special. Even better is that Paul Dini himself will be there, discussing the transition of Arkham Asylum from TV to video game. An extended interview with Mark Hamill will be available exclusively on PlayStation®Network and PlayStation®Home after the show airs. For a half-hour show I'm not really sure what's going to be aired that has some meat to it. There's also no word if fans were allowed into the prison to add to the frenetic asylum atmosphere. What I do know is that the game is coming out tomorrow, and it's shaping up to be all sorts of awesome. Full press release below. EIDOS INTERACTIVE, WARNER BROS.
