Finally a signing NOT in Golden Apple Comics.
Nothing against Golden Apple, as the comic shop in LA is awesome from everything I've read and heard and boasts their share of talent to swing through there. It's refreshing though to know that comic book folk like to visit other stores as well. Although I will admit, the store in question here is slightly surprising.
Coming to the Carol & John’s Comic Book Shop in Cleveland, OH, will be Claudio Sanchez. Sanchez is best known for his role in Coheed and Cambria, but his comic book relevance comes into play with his new series Kill Audio. To promote the book, Sanchez will be at said comic book shop Saturday, August 22, from 2-3 PM. Yeah, it's only a hour but come on, it's Cleveland. It can't be that crowded.
In case you need a refresher, the book follows the adventures of an immortal little troll who struggles to find purpose in a land where creativity is a controlled substance. When musical creativity spirals into chaos, KILL AUDIO discovers his life mission.
So get to the store this Saturday if you're interested. You'll also get a free copy of the SDCC exclusive Kill Audio book.
