Werewolves on the Moon: Versus Vampires #1 was released back in June, and it's an interesting tale. Ted, Jeff and Stan are all werewolves that have decided instead of being at the whims of the waning moon, they'll go straight to the source: the moon. Things don't go quite according to plan however as they encounter the Moon Patrol captain Maggie Pilgrim and the hive of vampires already living there.
The entire first issue is available for free online reading over at Dark Horse. It's written by Dave Land, Matt and Shawn Fillbach, with the Fillbach's on pencils and the cover. Dan Jackson rounds out the creative team and provides the colors.
