Preview - Rusted

Readers of Omnicomic know that we here are fans of Nick Tapalansky and Alex Eckman-Lawn. The dynamic duo are responsible for Awakening, the thought provoking, Twin Peaks-ish take on zombies in a small town. The two are feverishly working towards a September release for Awakening Volume Two. In the meantime though, they do have other jobs, one of which is working on a book that's from the mind of Lawn himself called Rusted. The idea behind Rusted is that the world exists without physical contact, and conversation has become nothing more than a series of 1s and 0s. In this world, some have chosen to form small collectives to recreate physical contact, while others have taken to roaming the world alone. And don't forget the folks that are content with living outside any laws, perceived or otherwise. The world (and book) is Rusted, and the first story is called "Faded Signal" and is published in Popgun Volume Four.
