Preview - Red Sonja: Wrath of the Gods Volume 1 TPB

Dynamite Comics just added the buxom heroine Vampirella to their stable of characters, but there's another female warrior who's been kicking ass long before her arrival: Red Sonja. Her latest collected adventures is called Red Sonja: Wrath of the Gods Volume 1 TPB and it's chock full of all the warrior fighting goodness you've come to expect.

Written by Luke Lieberman and Ethan Ryker and featuring art by Walter Giovannu and Lucio Parrillo (cover by Parrillo as well), Red Sonja: Wrath of the Gods Volume 1 TPB has Red Sonja squaring off against primordial gods. These gods are seeking to discover the mysteries of her past and Loki is threatening her as well. That threat leads to the unlikely alliance of Red Sonja, Thor and Odin in a fight to save the world.
