Written by Chuck Dixon and Mike Costa and illustrated by Javier Saltares, Antonio Fuso and Agustin Padilla (covers by Tom Feister, Fuso and Gabriele Dell'Otto), the series focuses on the death of Cobra Commander. What that means is that those vying for the title will fight tooth and nail to become the new Commander. How are they determining that person? Whoever kills the most Joes.
