Duals of the Planeswalkers 2012 Expansion Announced for September

Duals of the Planeswalkers 2012 was a welcome update to the other Magic game released on XBox 360 and PS3 a few years ago. It made it cool to be affiliated with Friday Night Magic again, all without the awkwardness of going to school the next game. For all its awesomeness though one of its major shortcomings was found in the Archenemy mode. The fact that the mode was included at all wasn't the problem, but that only an AI controlled opponent could be the Archenemy. Until now.

Launching September 14 will be the first expansion for the game, allowing players to take on the role of the Archenemy. Additionally, there will be six Innistrad cards and a new Planeswalker exclusive to Duels 2012. The Duels 2012 Expansion will be playable for the first time at PAX Prime, so stop by and check it out.

And be happy knowing that now you too can be the Archenemy and have a thousand mana by the third turn with the Ancient Depths deck. I hate that deck when playing against the Archenemy.
