Pantha #1 Goes Back for Second Printing

Pantha #1 has stormed onto the comic book scene, taking the popularity to a second printing. This makes Dynamite and the Pantha creative team very happy.

"When I found out that Pantha #1 sold it, it was a very pleasant surprise," says Pantha writer Brandon Jerwa. "We tried to give this book its own identity, separate from VAMPIRELLA but still in the same universe. Hopefully, we've achieved that."

The first issue is written Jerwa and drawn by Pow Rodrix, with covers by Mark Texiera and Sean Chen. First appearing in Vampirella #30, Pantha is an ally of Vampirella is an ancient Egyptian cursed to live forever by the gods because of a killing spree she had gone on in ancient times.

"I am so proud of the sell-out of Pantha #1, as we endeavored to give her the same long term planning we have given Vampirella," says Dynamite Entertainment President and Publisher Nick Barrucci. "All of the hard work from Brandon, Pow! and our team has paid off, and our fans will continue to be thrilled as more issues come out!"

The second printing of Pantha #1 should be available now, with the next three issues on the horizon.
