The title features a story by Larry Hama, with art by Herb Trimpe, Marshall Rogers, Don Hudson and others. Colors are by Glynis Wein, Bob Sharen and Chi, letters by Jim Novak, Rick Parker and Vickie Williams. The cover even unites J. Scott Campbell and Hi-Fi.

G.I. Joe scholar Mark Bellomo scoured the run of Arah for the most patriotic stories and collected them in one edition. Those issues include Issue #1, "Operation Lady Doomsday "; #82, "Weeding Out"; and finally issue #155, "A Letter from SNAKE EYES."
