Zenescope's Wonderland #1 Best-Selling Title for Publisher Ever

As a seven-year-old publisher, Zenescope has reached its fair share of milestones. What started as a publisher who added a sexy twist to the Grimm Fairy Tales has become a publisher with a wider repertoire. The publisher knows its bread and butter though and it's safe to say Wonderland #1 is that butter, becoming the best-selling title in Zenescope's history.

Wonderland #1 was our best-selling comic ever and it's a testament to the creative teams behind the entire Wonderland series since it began in '07.” said Zenescope’s Editor-in-Chief, Ralph Tedesco “Our fans have supported this series for over five years now and we're so appreciative of their support.”

The original Wonderland trilogy (Return to Wonderland, Beyond Wonderland, Escape From Wonderland) had been Zenescope’s most popular series to date. Now the Wonderland ongoing series continues that tradition with record sales that have surpassed expectations.

The ongoing series picks up years after protagonist Calie Liddle escaped the horrors of the realm of madness called Wonderland. Calie’s been living in obscurity with her now teenage daughter, Violet, as they try to hide from their past. But they know deep down that Wonderland never lets one go and Calie realizes that soon she will need to fight back again.

Wonderland #1 is currently available digitally through ComiXology and can also be ordered directly on Zenescope’s website.
