Archaia Classes Up FCBD 2013

Archaia has been making it a point to keep Free Comic Book Day awesome. They always bring together great talent in a top-notch presentation that makes you wonder how the publisher can give away the book for free. Well, 2013 is no different, with the publisher slated to release the Mouse Guard/Rust FCBD Flip Book.

The 32-page book is written by David Petersen, Royden Lepp, Sean Rubin, Ted Naifeh, Adrianne Ambrose, Nate Cosby and Yehudi Mercado, illustrated by Petersen, Lepp, Rubin, Cory Godbey, Chris Eliopoulos and Mercado and covers by Petersen and Lepp. In Petersen’s Mouse Guard short, a young Sadie is told a mouse fairy tale about proving one’s self and the best trait to look for in love. Lepp’s Rust tells how rocket-boy Jet Jones learns an important lesson while helping the younger members of the Taylor family with their daily chores on the farm.

The book also includes short stories from Rubin's upcoming Bolivar, Henson's Labyrinth and Eliopoulos' Cow Boy. Add on top of that Pantalones, TX activity pages by Mercado.
