Marc Silvestri is a recognizable name in the comics industry. His art is very recognizable, and he's probably best known for his work on Witchblade and The Darkness. But the man cut his teeth on Uncanny X-Men and Wolverine, and was one of the co-founders of Image Comics. But you know all that already I'm sure. In late July The Art of Marc Silvestri Deluxe Hardcover was released featuring some of his favorite works, in addition to commentaries by Dave Finch, Brandon Peterson, Billy Tan, Mike Choi and Michael Broussard. And right this very moment, Top Cow has a free preview of the work for you to virtually thumb through and see if you think its worth the loot to add to your bookshelf or coffee table reading. Granted, you're not going to get all of the pages via this preview, and chances are if you've seen Silvestri's work you know what you're getting, but its still a nice looking book for relatively cheap.
