Samurai are some of the most renowned and respected warriors in the history of combat. Known for their general demeanor, they're probably the only individuals in history that can successfully pull off elegance and brutality, all the while drunk on sake (if Zatoichi is any indicator). One thing they're not known for however is backing down when they're on a mission.
A new samurai book from Boom! Studios looks at a samurai that is not happy. Toshiro Ono is the Swordsmith Assassin, the maker of the finest blades in all of Japan. His family has made these blades only for those that follow the samurai code, however Toshiro envisions other plans. His actions disgrace the Ono name, and Toshiro promptly makes it his mission to seek out and reclaim every weapon his family has forged. And he's really hoping there's bloodshed.
