Berserker #1 has been met with tons of fanfare and acclaim. We've read it and
reviewed the book, and it pretty much lives up to every descriptor: violent, bloody and completely gratuitous in its violence. And Comic Book Resources has teamed up with Top Cow to give readers a chance to have a more intimate role with the series.
Fans can head on over to the CBR website and by simply entering their name and email will get the chance to be drawn into a future issue of the book. That's right. Writer Rick Loverd and artist Jeremy Haun will allow you to get torn apart, broken, decapitated, or crushed in a future issue of the series.
One grand prize winner will appear and be killed in a future issue chosen by the publisher. Of course, the winner has to sign a waiver signing over their likeness to Top Cow. But that winner will also get a signed limited variant cover of Berserker #1 signed by Rick Loverd, Jeremy Haun, & Milo Ventimiglia.
That winner will also get another prize. The winner gets to come up with suggestions as to how he/she will be killed. All the details of the contest will be presented at Comic-Con International at the Top Cow panel.
