Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen comes home October 24

Chalk this one up to rumors for the time being, but Blu-ray.com is showing Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen with an October 24 release date. This is of course quite speculative at this point in time, seeing as how the film just released about two weeks ago. But it would kind of make sense since Transformers hit home around the same time in October 2007. I'm actually kind of surprised that this isn't happening until October. You would think with a movie like Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen that Michael Bay would strike while the iron is hot and get this movie home sooner than later. Clearly the movie is killing the box office, but you can expect the audience to keep gradually declining (especially with G. I. Joe: Rise of Cobra due out August 7). In any case, getting the movie in October is still a good deal, and regardless of what you may read or hear it's actually a decent movie. Not as good as the first, but good for what it is.
