Top Cow Unveils San Diego Comic-Con 2010 Exclusives

What would a Comic-Con be without convention exclusives? Top Cow will have at least five of said exclusives at the show and most of them are of the wraparound variety.

First at the show will be the Artifacts #1 Wraparound San Diego Comic-Con Variant by Michael Broussard and Sunny Gho for $10. It features the writing of Ron Marz and interior art by Broussard alongside Rick Basaldua and Sal Regla on illustrations. In it, thirteen mystical Artifacts, including the Witchblade, the Darkness and others guide the fate of the Top Cow Universe. The issue starts the tale of their uniting to potentially bring Armageddon into the world.

Next is the Velocity #1 San Diego Comic-Con Variant with the cover by Sunny Gho (written by Ron Marz and art by Kenneth Rocafort) for $10. Carin Taylor is the fastest woman in the world and it's up to her to save her friends in Cyberforce. No word on how she managed to score a pass to the sold out show (and no easy responses like she was too fast). There will also be the Darkness/Darkchylde: Kingdom Pain Wraparound San Diego Comic-Con Variant, written by Randy Queen and featuring art by Randy and Sarah Queen. This one is a little pricier at $15, but it comes with new armor for Jackie Estacado and a new begining for Ariel Chylde.

Two more Top Cow favorite franchises will be at the show in exclusive convention garb. Cyberforce/Hunter-Killer Volume 1 SDCC Limited Edition Hardcover by Mark Waid and illustrated by Kenneth Rocafort (cover by Sunny Gho) will be limited to 250 copies and sell for $30. The hardcover chronicles the crossover of Cyberforce and Hunter-Killer as they seek to stop Cyberdata and Morningstar. Finally, Berserker Volume 1 SDCC Limited Edition Hardcover is written by Rick Loverd and features the art of Jeremy Haun, illustrations by Haun and John Lucas and a cover by Dave McCaig. Also limited to 250 copies for $30, the book recaps all the dismemberment misadventures of Aaron and Farris, two men who learn they're really ancient warriors that cause them to freak out from time to time.

Full press release and covers after the jump.
