New Arrivals: April 27, 2011

Boston Comic Con is fast approaching. As in this weekend. Tons of big name talent will be there, but unfortunately the talent behind this week's pick won't be there. That doesn't mean you shouldn't pick up Echoes #5 by Joshua Hale Fialkov and Rahsan Ekedal.

The fifth issue ends the psychological thriller that has pit Brian Cohn against madness and the history of his father. He's also figured out who is following in his father's footsteps. Unfortunately, the stress of dealing with his father's legacy has taken its toll and Brian worries it may too late. This series has been incredibly phenomenal and is truly chilling. It's a journey into the psyche that truly frightens you at the end and I'm excited to see how it ends up.
