Valiant Takes Aim with Bloodshot #1

Valiant Comics is returning as more than just a one-trick publishing pony. Nope. The resurrected publisher was reborn with fire in X-O Manowar #1 and now the publisher is looking to unleash Bloodshot #1 onto the comic book reading world. The series will be written by Duane Swierczynski and illustrated by Manuel Garcia and Arturo Lozzi, with covers by Lozzi, Mico Suayan, David Aja and Esad Ribic.

Angelo Mortalli has a brother, trapped behind enemy lines. Raymond Garrison is a retired soldier, until he's dragged into a firefight at a friend's behest. Neither of those seem right do they? Well, they're not. In reality, the character is Bloodshot, a "walking WikiLeaks that is a powder keg of dirty secrets waiting to explode."
