Mario Gully Joins Billy Tucci, Chris Giarrusso with Lazerman Variants

HBComics is about to see the end of their first Kickstarter campaign on November 2 and they're oh so close to completing it. They've just announced a surprise that might put them over the edge though. A new variant for their trade paperback by Image Comics artist Mario Gully.

“I got to do another one of these for (HBComics) later down the road!! Fun..FUN!!,” said Gully, via facebook.

Gully joins Billy Tucci and Chris Giarrusso in producing variant covers offered for the “Lazerman: This Man, This Lazer!” Kickstarter campaign. It's aimed at getting a TPB collecting the first four issues of the Lazerman issues.

“Mario's cover is fantastic," said Chris Herbert. "It's a little more provocative than we usually go for Lazerman, but as a special kickstarter reward, it's a nice bonus for the older fans. Don't worry, Lazerman is still an all ages title.”
