Why so serious?

Knowing that there are many of us out there that are mildly excited about The Dark Knight, Warner Brothers debuted news at the SDCC regarding the film. They introduced a website called Why So Serious that is basically just a teaser site. But a teaser site is better than nothing. There's a police report proclaiming the Joker seeking out recruits for an army to maraud and terrorize the city of Gotham.
