Paulson's got the Spirit

Miller will be making his directorial debut with Will Eisner's The Spirit, a movie based on the character of the same name (and created by Will Eisner). The story details the story of a rookie cop who returns from the dead to fight crime as The Spirit in Central City. According to The Hollywood Reporter, joining the already "stacked" cast of Scarlett Johansson and Eva Mendes is Sarah Paulson of Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip (I'm still pissed that got canceled). She plays the true love of The Spirit, Dr. Ellen Dolan the police commissioner's daughter. This movie is really starting to look intriguing. I'll admit, I know nothing about The Spirit, and the premise kind of sound likes Spawn (obviously The Spirit came first). But Miller's involvement could be fantastic, and its definitely going to be easy on the eyes. Paulson gets The Spirit
