Cho and Pegg board the Enterprise

I try to stay away from the sci-fi aspect of comics when writing posts for Omnicomic, as many people tend to think they kind of go hand in hand. But when news like this comes along, well even I feel its noteworthy enough to mention on this here fine blog. According to the Hollywood Reporter, John Cho and Simon Pegg have joined the cast for J.J. Abrams Star Trek as Sulu and Scottie. They will join the already stacked cast including Eric Bana, Zachary Quinto and Leonard Nimoy in the movie's attempt to chronicle the young days of the Enterprise crew. I've always been a bigger Star Wars fan when it comes to that argument, but I'm really getting excited about this upcoming movie. I grew up watching the show because my dad loved it, so I have a healthy respect for it. Pegg and Cho join Star Trek movie
