Tales of the Multiverse: Batman - Vampire Preview

Superheroes sometimes exist outside of their comfort zone. Marvel had the "What If?" series, where single issues reflected strange things that never happened but could've happened, and what impact they would have had on the Marvel Universe. DC is poised to release a similar series called Tales of the Multiverse, which will be collections of stories reimagining our favorite DC superheroes. The first one will be Tales of the Multiverse: Batman - Vampire. Tales of the Multiverse: Batman - Vampire will include three stories about Batman and Dracula. Those stories are Batman/Dracula: Red Rain, Batman: Bloodstorm and Batman: Crimson Mist. All three were written by Doug Moench, with art by Kelley Jones, Malcolm Jones III and John Beatty. From the preview: "The legendary horror known as Dracula has descended upon Gotham City — and he's brought his deadly children of the night with him. Now, it's up to Batman to stop the Lord of the Undead's assault on his city — but after being bitten by Dracula, Batman himself joins the ranks of the undead. Will Batman be an even greater threat to the citizens of Gotham City than Dracula?" The 288 page softcover will hit stores on December 19 for $19.99.
