DC Comics: 30 Essential Graphic Novels
So its not quite a comprehensive list as it compiled by DC, but they have a list of 30 essential DC Comics graphic novels. Not surprisingly, the three at the top are all by Alan Moore (Watchmen is at the top of the list, followed by The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen and V for Vendetta). There's also a few quality Batman titles up there, as well as some other great DC works.
So check out the list, and if your collection doesn't include at least ten of the thirty listed graphic novels, then your comic collection probably isn't as complete as it needs to be.
