Secret Invasion is poised to be Marvel's big thing this summer. With the Skrulls assimilating the Marvel Universe, its hard to tell who's who and who's Skrull. IGN has got you covered though, as we prepare for this massive event.
The Secret Invasion Event Guide is basically a primer on everything Secret Invasion. It obviously doesn't have anything from the actual story (that would defeat Marvel having this big storyline), but it does give you some good background on the Skrulls. Why they care about the Earth, how powerful they really are and why we should fear them.
There's also a good primer on the key players in this storyline. Tony Stark is there (he seems to be at the center of everything these days), as well as the Illuminati, Captain Marvel and S.W.O.R.D. There's also a Skrull "lineup" of potential Skrulls in addition to the confirmed Skrulls (Black Bolt, Dum Dum Dugan, Elektra and The Revolutionary).
Probably the best part of the guide is Part 5, which is a handy list of all the tie-ins. And of course, there's a ton. There will be the main Secret Invasion saga, but this is a Marvel Universe event, so every character will be dealing with this in their own lives and comics.
