Well today is Tuesday and all of you readers out there know what that means. It is new comic book day tomorrow. Or is it?
Since Memorial Day was yesterday, that puts new comic book day behind one day. That ain’t gonna stop me from bringing you my pick of the week though. Today I am swinging towards the DC side of comics and picking
Gotham Gazette #1: Batman Alive.
Written by Fabian Nicieza and with art by Dustin Nguyen, Guillem March, Jamie McKelvie, Chris Cross and Alex Konat (and Nguyen on cover duty), a new Dark Knight is coming to Gotham to watch over this turbulent city and bring crime to its knees.
In addition to the lone watcher of the city, this new comic tells the tales of four individuals each fighting a different sort of injustice in their own way. Will good prevail or will Gotham be taken over by the seedy underbelly? If you have to know then pick this one up Thursday at your local comic book store and get ready for a new adventure.
