Mice Templar begins monthly run

Mice Templar by Michael Avon Oeming and Bryan J.L. Glass (featuring artist Victor Santos and colorist Veronica Gandini) is a quirky tale of, well, mice knights. The book has garnered tons of acclaim for it's unique story, but there are still quite a few of you out there that have yet to start reading it. This July will see the start of a brand new series featuring the knighted mice and is the perfect place to jump into the series if you haven't been following it. Mice Templar: Destiny #1 begins with the Templar haven fallen. Their newest knight Karic holds the destiny of the order in his paws, but there are some in his midst that don't quite believe his position as said destiny holder. His training continues under the tutelage of Cassius, a bitter warrior still haunted by the part he played in the Templar's fall. The evil King Icarus continues his sytematic destruction of mouse culture, and a cabal of dark entities are crowding Karic, seeking to twist his mission into a curse that will doom the Dark Lands forever. The eight issue series starts July and will run monthly, so it's one more book that you'll have to add to your weekly shopping list.
