Mouse Guard RPG smiled upon for ENnie Awards

I've never heard of the Mouse Guard RPG. Or maybe I have and I just don't remember. That's not a slight on them, more a slight on my general awareness of everything that's out there at any one point in time. Thankfully, someone at the ENnie Awards noticed them, and have nominated them thusly. The Luke Crane/David Peterson created Archaia RPG has been recognized by the 2009 Gen Con EN World RPG Awards (ENnies) in three categories. These awards are indicative of excellence in tabletop gaming, and Mouse Guard RPG has been nominated for Best Interior Art, Best Production Values and Product of the Year. “I am really happy that the game is getting the reception it has,” beamed Petersen. “The ENnie nominations reinforce what I have thought since I playtested the game: Luke made a fun game that really makes the Mouse Guard world a playable place to be.” “Nothing would please me more than to see David go home with the ENnie for Best Interior Art,” said Crane. “David went out of his way to specifically produce awesome art for this book. The work he did put the comic behind schedule! I think he deserves much praise for his efforts.” Crane and Peterson need your help though. The awards ceremony will be held Friday, August 14 at Gen Con Indianapolis, but before then the game has to be voted a winner. Enter you. You can vote from Friday, July 24 to Saturday, August 1 at the official online voting booth at http://www.ennie-awards.com/nominations/nominees.asp. So head on over and get your vote in if you like the product, and hopefully the collective "you" can make Crane, Peterson, Archaia and thousands of mouse guards everywhere extremely happy.
