Those of you that made it San Diego Comic Con (or read Omnicomic) will know from the footage shown there that he was meeting about joining a "super secret boy band." What (or who) you don't see in the picture is Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, inviting him to join.
So revel in the image and fancy an early morning meeting with Tony Stark at a donut shop. Don't take it personally though if even in your fantasy he doesn't offer you a sidekick role.
