R.E.B.E.L.S. #15 boasts such a pet peeve alongside the return of Starfire. Written by Tony Bedard and with art by Claude St. Aubin and Scott Hanna (cover by Kalman Andrasofszky), R.E.B.E.L.S. #15 pits the team against Vril Dox and his power gain as a result of the battle with Starro the Conqueror.
