BOOM! Studios Joining the Rescue Rangers

When I woke up this morning, I felt a little strange. Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen was playing for probably the thousandth time this week on HBO, I had a brand new Metroid game waiting to play and Darkwing Duck is a successful comic. Either someone's found the formula for success is using properties from my childhood or that people from my childhood are the ones in power and are using said power to give us what we want. Ultimately, it's a win-win, especially when BOOM! Studios decides to dig deep back into the vault that is the 90s and pull out Chip n' Dale.

The writer of Darkwing Ian Brill is joined by artist Leonel Castellani for the debut of the famed chipmunk detectives when Chip N' Dale Rescue Rangers hits stores this December. Don't pretend like you're not humming the theme song to the show right now in your head, much like you did when Darkwing Duck was announced as a comic. In fact, BOOM! and Omnicomic wants to help you with the lyrics:
