Bridge City Comics Announces Stumptown Release Party

Ain't no party like a comic release party because a comic release party don't stop. Bridge City Comics (in the fine city of North Portland) is hosting a release party for Stumptown on Friday, March 25, from 6 PM to 8 PM. The event is free to the public and will boast series author Greg Rucka and artist Matt Southworth to sign copies of the brand new, hardcover graphic novel collection of the four issues in the series. In addition, Bridge City Comics is teaming up with Stumptown publisher Oni Press to produce a limited edition print, featuring brand new Stumptown artwork, for sale only at this event.

Bridge City Comics is proud to announce our Stumptown Release Party w/Greg Rucka and Matt Southworth on Friday, March 25, 2011 from 6pm – 8pm! This event is free to the public.

Award-winning author Greg Rucka and rising superstar artist Matt Southworth will be on hand to sign copies of Stumptown, the brand new hard cover graphic novel collection of their four issue miniseries of the same name. Stumptown is a hard-boiled detective story about a female P.I. in Portland. Copies of Stumptown will be available for purchase during the signing.

In addition, Bridge City Comics is teaming up with Stumptown publisher Oni Press to produce a limited edition print, featuring brand new Stumptown artwork, for sale only at this event!

About Stumptown:

Dex Parios is the proprietor of Stumptown Investigations, and a fairly talented P.I. Unfortunately, she's less adept at throwing dice than solving cases. Her recent streak has left her beyond broke - she's in to the Confederated Tribes of the Wind Coast for 18 large. But maybe Dex's luck is about to change.
