Dark Horse Auctioning for Japan

The massive earthquake and tsunami that devastated Japan was a few weeks ago, but that doesn't mean that the fine folks in the Land of the Rising Sun still couldn't use some help. There are the typical ways, such as donating via Red Cross. There are also the ways that comic folks know how, as in auctioning off gorgeous pieces of original art.

Dark Horse is funding one such auction, auctioning off original artwork from Duncan Fegredo, Hellboy comics miniseries (Hellboy: Darkness Calls, Hellboy: The Wild Hunt and Hellboy: The Storm) and signed editions from the personal collection of Mike Mignola himself. There are a ton of other works being auctioned off with 100% of the proceeds going to the American Red Cross for helping out in Japan.

In an effort to aid the American Red Cross’s tsunami and earthquake relief effort in Japan, Dark Horse Comics is auctioning an amazing signed lot of limited-edition artwork and books for fans eager to donate and support a greater cause.
