Preview - The Homeland Directive

There's enough going on in the news to write a library of books about political espionage and the like. Writer Robert Venditti and artist Mike Huddleston have chosen to focus on bacteriology and an underground plot that could impact the lives of every American. The Homeland Directive features Dr. Laura Regan as the one of the world's foremost authorities on viral and bacteriological study. Her life has been devoted to stopping the spread of infectious disease, but when her research partner is murdered and she's blamed and is thrust into a conspiracy.

The 152-page graphic novel from Top Shelf is slated to hit stores next month for $14.95. Interiors are after the jump.
