Aspen Comics Announces 2011 Michael Turner Sketchbook

Comic-Con time means publisher exclusives and Aspen is no exception. This year, the 2011 version of the Michael Turner Sketchbook will celebrate the career and body of work of Turner in Aspen: The Heroic Years. The book covers the years 2005-2007 and comes in as a 48-page, oversized sketchbook.

The 2011 edition features art from Fathom and Soulfire in addition to Shrugged and Aspen Seasons. A special section will also be included that shows some of Turner's work at DC in addition to tons of never before seen layouts and sketches. Aspen: The Heroic Years will be available exclusively at the Aspen Comics Booth #2321, and the publisher strongly suggests fans looking to pick up a copy arrive early, as last year’s quantities sold out quickly.
