Claudio Sanchez Work Key of Z #1 Debuts at NYCC
That zombie is pissed. His sky isn't crimson red with the blood of victims but pink. Pink is no color for the sky of the apocalypse! He should be happy to even have a job and landing on the cover of Claudio Sanchez's new title Key of Z, set to debut at NYCC.
Key of Z, co-written by Sanchez and Chondra Echert (featuring art by Aaron Kuder), introduces Nick Ewing, a man left to survive in a post-zombie-apocalyptic New York City while seeking revenge on those responsible for the death of his family – the warring gangs residing in The Big Apple's most illustrious athletic houses. The cover above is done by Nathan Fox himself, but there will also be a baseball-homage limited retailer incentive cover by Tony Moore and a NYCC exclusive cover by Declan Shalvey.
Sanchez and Echert will also be signing at their Evil Ink Comics booth (#1345) at New York Comic Con Thursday and Friday (October 13 and 14) and Sunday (October 16). Signing times and full signees will be announced soon.
Full press release after the jump.
