Zenescope's Alice in Wonderland Sells Out and Reprints

Zenescope announces Alice in Wonderland sell-outs and reprint

Zenescope Entertainment has announced plans for a second printing of Alice in Wonderland #1. The company’s newest Wonderland mini-series was released in January of 2012 and the initial printing sold through its 20,000 copy print run within the first few days of its release.

Further, the company has announced that Alice in Wonderland #2 has also sold out of its first printing within one day of its release after hitting shelves Wednesday, February 22nd.

Zenescope has decided to go to a second printing of issue #1 due to significant demand for additional copies from retailers and fans. Zenescope is hoping to have this second printing of issue #1 available for a March release. The company has not yet announced a reprint of issue #2.

“In five years of publishing various Wonderland mini-series, we’ve seen the demand for more Wonderland continue to increase.” said Zenescope EIC Ralph Tedesco. “Our loyal fan base has been at the heart of it all and we can’t express enough gratitude for their support.”

This news comes on the heels of CS Moore’s announcement for an Alice in Wonderland action figure. The figure was sculpted by industry star Clayburn Moore as Zenescope has teamed with CS Moore Studios to release a series of action figures based on Zenescope’s strong and sexy heroines from the series.

Alice in Wonderland #1 and #2 can currently be downloaded digitally using the Zenescope app for iphone and ipad and at Comxiology for ios or android users.
