MoCCA Bringing Peter David to Class

The Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art is a great spot. The reason being is that it gives fans the chance to really see some of the medium's rich history with its changing exhibits, special presentations and commitment to education. They have classes every now and then that are a tad more exciting than Algebra 2. On Tuesday, March 20, Peter David will be on hand for one session titled "Master Class in Comics Writing."

The class will run from 7 to 9 PM and boast David for only a $40 class fee ($35 for MoCCA members). David himself describes the master class pretty deftly.

“All the comics writing info I can cram into two hours.”

David's class kicks off a series of classes, including "How to Writer Comics & Graphic Novels" by Danny Fingeroth, "Drawing for Animated Cartoons: Design and Storyboarding" by Stephen DeStefano, "The Art and Technique of Comic Book Inking" by Phyllis Novin and "Comics Storytelling Workshop Intensive" by Dean Haspiel.
