ComixTribe Announces The Red Ten #0 for FCBD 2013

It's pretty clear that more and more publishers are taking Free Comic Book Day seriously. Everyone is making their announcements months in advance and ComixTribe is no exception. The publisher ComixTribe is celebrating the day in full effect, both as a Silver Sponsor and with the inaugural debut on the day with The Red Ten #0.

"ComixTribe couldn't be happier to be a 2013 FCBD sponsor," said publisher Tyler James. "It's a tremendous opportunity for a young imprint like ours to get our books into reader's hands, thanks to the remarkable generosity of hardworking retailers."

The Red Ten is a ten-issue superhero retelling of Agatha Christie's classic story "And Then There Were None." It's written by James and illustrated by Cesar Feliciano, with covers by CP Wilson III. The first issue is due out later this month, with the second one not too far behind in February.

"THE RED TEN #0 will delve a bit deeper into the ten heroes featured in the series, giving readers a chance to get to know them a little better...before they meet horrible, horrible ends," said James. "The story will also give more face-time to everyone's favorite contradiction-obsessed psychopath, the OXYMORON." The book features a cover by rising star artist Joe Mulvey (SCAM), and an Oxymoron back-up story by the critically acclaimed team of Paul Allor and Aaron Houston (Clockwork.)
