Aphrodite IX #1 Reprinted

For whatever reason, numbers I through VIII of the Aphrodite variety just don't have the same sway that Aphrodite IX seems to have with readers. The amnesiac assassin has a way with, well, everyone and readers everywhere agree, pushing Aphrodite IX #1 to a sell-out and second printing. The title was originally created by David Wohl and David Finch, but the reboot is being taken care of by Matt Hawkins and Stjepan Sejic.

On June 12, the first issue of the relaunch will hit stores. That also happens to be the same day as the launch of the second issue and it will boast an all-new cover by Sejic. In it, Aphrodite IX awakes to find she must navigate an unrecognizable Earth that is being contended over by warring factions of the cybernetically enhanced and genetically enhanced.
