Resurrectionists Hits Dark Horse
Really good heists take planning. Sometimes, weeks, months...even years of participants getting together and making big plans. Rarely does any heist planning take three thousand years though, but if the Resurrectionists can unlock the past, they can fight the future. And the man behind the new ongoing series is Fred Van Lente, joining artists Maurizio Rosenzweig and Moreno Dinisio and with covers from Juan Doe.
Framed architect-turned-thief Jericho Way has discovered he’s a Resurrectionist, one of a select group of people who can not only remember their past lives, but become them. Two groups are now after his services—the Sojourn corporation, which wants to exploit his powers for mysterious purposes, and a motley crew of modern-day tomb robbers who have been trying to pull the same impossible heist for 3,000 years—and if Jericho joins them, he may steal back his own future!
Resurrectionists #1 hits comic shops on November 9. Van Lente’s The Complete Silencers (MAY140072) and Action Philosophers release in September and October, respectively. Full press release below.
